Great interview. I love Neil and it's because of this podcast I read his 'you are awesome' book a few years ago. Only issue I had listening to this episode is the quality of sound, Neil sounded too far, I had to be so close to audio to hear properly. Maybe something guests need to be aware of when setting their mic and setting/location
