Elderberries are detoxifying because they help remove mucus from the body. This tea can be helpful for digestive problems such as constipation and indigestion. The blend of orange peel and orange oil add an uplifting citrus flavour.

I LOVE this tea. It's maybe the best dried ginger tea I've had and I'm a bit of a tea fanatic. If you opened my tea cupboard (yes, I have a cupboard devoted to tea) you could probably found thirty varieties.
When I have the time I'll make ginger tea from freshly minced ginger root, and nothing compares to that, but this is an amazing second and so great for those times when I'm having inflammatory issues. It feels good to know that I'm giving my body a bit of help.
