SHOP & REFUND POLICY

TERMS OF SALE


1) DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products including online courses, programs, guides and ebooks, services, gift cards, workshops and event tickets are non-refundable. Any items identified as a "digital product" are 100% electronic in nature, and therefore, nothing will be shipped unless explicitly stated.

Please carefully read all of the information available before purchase.We strive to provide all of the information needed to make an informed purchase decision, however, should you have any questions, please contact us at hello@joyoushealth.com

For all other products, please see our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy.  Return or exchange requests for non-digital products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2) SHIPPING

A) ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and charged your credit card or paypal account for the purchase. If your item(s) are available, your order will be processed for immediate shipment (within 5 business days). If your item is on backorder (as stated during purchase), we will process your order as soon as the item(s) are stocked.

B) ORDER SHIPMENT

We will send you tracking information once your order is processed to the e-mail address you provide at check out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within seven business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at hello@joyoushealth.com

3) RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY - NON-DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The following applies to non-digital Joyous Health branded Products only.

A) RETURNS

Returns and exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for damaged and defective goods only and must be received by Joyous Health within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your order, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

B) REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

C) EXCHANGES

Items are only eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@joyoushealth.com 

D) SHIPPING

To return your product, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
